Sabbath school starts at 9. Service at 11. People dont make you feel welcome, they dont greet you or notice you are a visitor. Many young girls were wearing....hmn.....party clothing rather than church appropriate clothes. They use electric guitars and drums and they sing praise music (non Adventist) instead of hymns during their praise time. Ok....I just have to give my honest opinion....because I didn't even stay to the end of the service. I go to any church I'm invited but....there is a difference between holy and not holy. How can you preach about being a true protestant, yet you are just like a Pentecostal or any non-denomination church. I've been to several Baptist churches that don't use electric guitars and drums or use flashy lights. When I asked, they said it was to bring in the youth. Since when do you have to change Holy to mundane in order to bring the people to Christ? A church doesn't have to mold to the outside, they have to convince and the individual will be molded by god to be holy like him. I avoid big churches for a reason. Every time I tell a friend why I will never return to their church, is more and more. Oh goodness, I almost forgot.... if you bent down and I have to guess if you are going commando or wearing a thong don't wear that dress to church.

No difference between a disco and the youth service. Disco lightning, disco smoke, disco instruments and same disco miniskirt girls. Definitely no presence of the Sprit of God in there. Absolutely disappointed. Pastor adorned in his catholic style robe ... where is the meekness and simplicity of Jesus?

  • Arlington has been my church home for almost 15 years. My wife and I adore the people here and have been proud to serve in varying capacities for many of those years. It is a great place for young adults and sound families as well as seniors!
